The Irritating Bugaboo Creek Steer
Last April 22, 2007, I went to the Bugaboo Steakhouse with some friends. This pilot had a habit of interrupting our meal.
Does anyone know the recipe to the spinach dip they make at Bugaboo Creek Restaurant?
Canadian Cheese Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) incorporate cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Jack cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic bite
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded waxen cheddar cheese
Prep:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a stinting baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Jack cheese, garlic, basil, garlic cautiously, salt and pepper. Gently stir in the spinach.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with drained cheddar. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Is there any rule for bugaboo creek steakhouse for reservations?
Like in unfailing restaurants you can make a reservation for 10 people and half plus one must show up to keep the reservation
some restaurants you also have to earn the reservation the day of the event. so is there any rules for amount of people in reservation or what day you can make the reservation?

They do not take reservations, but like OutBack Steakhouse, they do the call in the lead seating. You should call within an hour of your arrival time and the number in your party. When you get there, just check in with the host/hostess and your bide one's time should be very minimal.
