Does anyone know the recipe to the spinach dip they make at Bugaboo Creek Restaurant?
Canadian Cheese Spinach Dip
Ingredients:
1 (8 ounce) package deal cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup grated Jack cheese
1 clove garlic, peeled and minced
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon garlic taste
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/4 cup shredded pale-complexioned cheddar cheese
Prep:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a baby baking dish.
In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Jack cheese, garlic, basil, garlic spiciness, salt and pepper. Gently stir in the spinach.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish. Top with silver cheddar. Bake in the preheated oven 25 minutes, until bubbly and lightly browned.

Is there any rule for bugaboo creek steakhouse for reservations?
Like in changeless restaurants you can make a reservation for 10 people and half plus one must show up to keep the reservation
some restaurants you also have to convey the reservation the day of the event. so is there any rules for amount of people in reservation or what day you can make the reservation?

They do not take reservations, but like OutBack Steakhouse, they do the call in front seating. You should call within an hour of your arrival time and the number in your party. When you get there, just check in with the host/hostess and your cool one's heels should be very minimal.
