Is an Evenflo infant car seat compatible with a Graco infant seat car base?

Unequivocally not. They don't hook on the same way, and are not tested with each other's bases. If its not crash tested that way, then you would be using your child as a crash test manikin if you did try it. And defintiely don't get a used base - its ok to get a new in the package one on eBay - but never a used car seat/base.

Controversial. They were not made for each other; they are different companies. It MAY fit into the base, but who knows how it will hold up in a crash -- which is the main reason you have a pamper in a car seat.

I personally wouldn't risk the child's safety to save some money. Get a matching base to your car seat.

I've seen enough unsympathetic children whose parents made the wrong decision. Not trying to scare you, but its true. Your child can't make the alternative so you have to make the right one for him.

Would any evenflo stroller be compatible with my evenflo car seat?

I recently bought a brand name new evenflo infant car seat.I wasn;t sure if we would have the extra cash for the travel system, but now it seems we are going to be able to go ahead and get a stroller too.(we were booming to just wait until the baby got here.)

I'm not sure what accommodations would be necessary to find a stroller that my car seat would snap onto.If anyone could be of help I'd gain in value it!

Which snap n' go will work with Evenflo infant car seat?

I'm looking into buying a give way n' go frame for a trip but after reading some reviews, it turns out that not all car seats actually "snap" into the system; you have to use the attached strap instead. I really want one that snaps, so do you know which one would be the best?

I have the Mollycoddle Trend (with the strap) and the guy at Babies R Us gave me a demo of mine vs. the Graco (with the snap). When tipped forward, as if growing over a curb, the snapped in car seats can flip forward depending on their compatibility with the frame. The strap holds down the car seat when the stroller is on an prejudiced.

Until he showed me that, I thought I wanted the snap-only kind, too. But I am glad I went with the strap, and I haven't had any problems with it.
