Tips on taking a baby to the beach?
So Sometime in Aug My silence, Myself and our 8 month old will be going to visit some family that happen to live on the beach. which is great for us but not as fun for our baby. What are some tips you can give me to keep My daughter coolth and out of the sun. I was thinking, lots of sunscreen,umbrella, and sun hat, But thats as far as i Got...lol Any thing that are MUST haves that I should take with us?
I bring to a hat for him, which he usually tears off. There is not usually shade on our beaches, so I have him sitting in the sun. I make sure that I bring be indefensible for him to drink lots of. And if he gets too warm, I stick his feet in the water until he cools down. He hates the high seas though... so we mostly go to the pond. That way I can get him in the water when he gets too warm.
If you bring your stroller you can turn it away from the sun and it will take off shade for baby.. I do that sometimes too.

Going to the beach with my 1 year old?
We are alluring our 13month old daughter to the beach for the weekend (next weekend of course) i know as soon as i get everything packed im probably present to forget half the stuff i need so im going to get things started early...
we have 8 outfits (4 shorts,2 dresses and 2 pants in example it gets cold) also got her bathing suit shoes and sandals ..sun block towel little swimmers pants rations and drinks stroller (umbrella stroller of course) her little floaty ..sun hat ..first aid kit diapers and wipes and desitin her toys and her bed some blankets and sheets and shampoo and council wash extra towels (not the beach towel) a large blanket for sitting on the beach and a large beach umbrella ...am i missing anything to keep her gambol to the beach safe and fun? oh and we are also taking her to the zoo and gulf world...any tips for the places are welcome

she drinks from a cup and she has a floatie for the syndicate and a swimsuit/life vest combo for the beach although i dont much plan on her getting in the water...its always cold when i have lol

When to take an infant to the beach?
My babe in arms is going on 2 months 8/5/07. I am going to the beach this week, is it safe to bring the baby along even if we have all the umbrellas up and he'll be in the intensity? I am worried about the heat I dont want him to pass out!!
cover sure you give the baby lots of liquids and a hat and lots of high spf sunscreen and you should be all set.
