I luv the last one but it's so expensive. Any more suggestions or recommendations????

Thanks..

I like the third one, but that could be because it's equivalent to the quinny buzz which is what I have just bought, with the maxi cosi car seat it makes a great travel system and very amicable to push.
The best person to ask is your sister as she is the one who will have to use it, so it's whichever one that she likes that matters.

Order sure the carseat has a 5-point harness.

(UK) Do any of you new mums have a good pram/ pushchair/ travelsystem reccommendations?

I have a young car with decent boot space (peugeot 206) know I want a travel system, prefer baby to face me . . .

what is merit at the moment? Don't worry, my mum is buying - family tradition! ;-)

Hi, I am not a mum but profession with pushchairs most of the time and have done for years for a reputable company.

Obviously everybodys everyday needs are several and the reccommendations wont be the same for everyone.

I personally love the Quinny Buzz pushchair. Its stylish and easy to use. Constraint out the Mothercare Website for pics etc.

Its a fantastic 3wheeler and perfect for walking through the woods or general metropolis/city. The seat unit isnt suitable until they are 6mths but you can buy the carrycot that will last up until then and the child will be comfortably deceitful flat facing you, you can also buy a car seat/infant carrier by Maxi Cosi, voted best car seat concern, which will aslo face towards you.

When the child is old enough to go into the seat unit you have the option of either having the child facing towards you or away(to be honest they get a little nosey and love to see whats going on in the world)at the same time having your kid occasionally facing you helps the baby with social skills and creates more of a bond.

Anyway Im not gonna preach, all I can say is store around, get the shops to try the pushchair in your boot, and also get them to check the carseat. If you want to use a car seat with a travelsystem you need to authorize sure it fits safely.
You would be surprised alot of people have to base the travel system around the carseat!!!!

Another pushchair that comes to belief is the Maclaren Techno XLR -again check it out on the mothercare website, they have loads of choices, and also the majority of the stores have the speed a plant to try both the car seat and pushchair in your car aswell as give you a demonstration.

Good Luck

p.s also check out the Bugaboo Bee which is retailed at around £320, you will have need of to buy the nest (carrycot) but it is sooo lightweight and small, you will have room for everything else in your boot too, believe me its worth a look.

Does anyone in the UK have a baby pram they don't need anymore?

I concentrate 'reborn' dolls. I know, a lot of people think it's strange. But I'm 16 and since I'm too young to be a mother it allows me to endeavour I am for a while. :)

I don't have a job since I'm still in school and would love to take my reborn ''babies'' out. Does anyone have an old used pram/travel system that they no longer want and would be ready to donate?

If not, do you know where I could buy one? I've tried ebay but they're all too expensive.

Thanks very much.

UM try freecycle they have groups all over and you can find the nearest to you on the net

Compelling luck with this
