Question about Evenflo Travel System Strollers vs Jogging Stroller?

I have a Evenflo Eurotrek Travel System and was wondering if anyone has tried an Evenflo stroller on gravel and how did it fulfil? My boys are fixing to start baseball again and I'm wondering if a jogging type stroller with big wheels will be necessary as I intend on taking my 4 month old with me to practices and games as long as the weather permits in her stroller. Some of the ballparks are gravel and I was wondering if anyone has any counsel.
Travel systems are way to ungainly! I got the Citi Mini by Babyjogger. Its a 3 wheel stroller with bigger wheels and yet it is not a jogging stroller. Its meant for everyday use on valid and gravel terrain. Its also pretty lightweight and collapses in half by simply pulling on the handle located on the fountain-head. You can literally collapse it with 1 finger while holding the baby! I think this is the most awesome stroller and its fairly well priced at $219.99

I hated my evenflo travel system. When I had my 2nd babe I got a B.O.B. dual jogging stroller and it's friggin awesome!! I would totally recommend to anyone to get a B.O.B.

car seat base that matches the Graco Quattro Tour Sport Travel System Stroller?

I am purchasing the Graco Quattro Visit Sport Travel System Stroller in boone and i was wondering if anyone had any tips on which car seat base matched the best for that car seat. i cant at the end of the day find any info online so anything would help!

Someone is selling the punctilious stroller-car seat-car base system I want on craigslist. I have heard you should stay away from used car seats, but this is such a buy. It is a Chicco Cortina Travel System in Discovery for 1/2 price! Any advice? Any other suggestions for good stroller-car seats?
They say not to buy against car seats because you don't know if they've ever been in an accident. You're not supposed to use them if they've been in an accident. If you're buying from a person, just ask them. It's when you're buying from a stinginess store or something that you want to avoid- you don't know who it was with or what it was put through!
