Alpha Omega Elite Convertible Car Seat Available at Babies "R" Us

is safety 1st enspira ohs convertible car seat a good car seat?

I don't like it very much. I don't circumspection for any seat where the bar comes down over the child's head. It's also too roomy for a little baby and when you use it rear facing it leans bold too much and makes baby's head flop forward. It would be ok for a child over age 1 but not under.

Will my child learn to sleep in her convertible car seat?

My daughter is 9 months old and growing out of her infant car seat. She is at the zenith restriction and almost at the weight restriction - besides that, she is getting frustrated because she can't look out the windows or sit up! I bought the Safety 1st Enspira 3 in 1 car seat - I liked the colors, the dimension (we have a small car), and the features. But what I thought was a nice comfy headrest is turning out to be a big pain in the butt. The headrest is so thick and cozy that she cannot siesta comfortably in the new car seat. Her head is pushed forward by the headrest and her poor little chin bobs around on her thorax ' - which does not make for a comfortable or fulfilling sleep. The seat is installed correctly and the 'level with ground' marker is up with the ground.
Will she learn to hold her head up while sleeping? Or will I have to look for a car seat without such a big headrest? For now she is back in the infant seat because we have a road release next week on which she NEEDS to sleep!

Can you remove the headrest? If not, then I would get a weird seat. We have 2 Britax Marathons and love them!

Also, find a carseat tech to see if they can help you get it installed more reclined.
