Peg Perego Travel System or Chicco Travel System??? Which is better??
Ok, so I've been annoying to research travel systems for our son . . I'm 35 weeks pregnant and ready to buy the stroller/carseat!! I looked at Peg Perego and they seem to be the top of the pencil-mark (they run $550 for the travel system) and you have to buy the carseat and stroller seperate .. but the Chicco Travel system (they run $300 for the travel system) and is sold as one piece .. (you don't have to buy the carseat seperately). The payment is not my concern .. I'm concerned about safety and convienance. The ratings on the Chicco were high as far as convienance .. but the Peg Perego was rated low on the convienance but rated higher on security. Which do you prefer????
thanks!!
I had a peg (p3) and loved it. My friendswith chiccos were disapointed. They are little break easily, and don't last your child as long. If you are over 5feet 5 in. it is not a good choice either because they are much shorter than most strollers. The peg is a trifling bulky, but not bad. I am expecting my second and will buy a new peg travel system. (our old one is in great shape but was loaned out a lot, just want a new one). Also Peg offers adjust shops in many places (a teen boy fell on our stroller horse playing at the mall) and it was fixed licentious in only about $35.
Could anyone tell me which peg perego travel system is in this video?

I was looking for an instructional video for the skate stroller on youtube and I came across this and I really like it but the guy in the video called it a travel system and I'm not from start to finish sure what model it is.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

We got a Peg Perego Pliko P3 Classico stroller and now need a car seat to make it a travel system?
We got a Peg Perego Pliko P3 Classico stroller and now exigency a car seat to make it a travel system. I know that Peg Perego make a car seat called the viaggio but I would rather find something less expensive. So I am wondering you can use any other car seats with the stroller. Also, we already have a convertable car capital and I'm wondering if we should even buy a temp. car seat to go in the stroller. Any advice would be helpful. THanks!
You can get a Graco Snugride -- it clips onto the cup holder and the stroller should have move along disintegrate with a strap that also clips on the stroller straps and up over the top of the car seat to make sure it doesn't topple off in laborious terrain. We have the pliko p3 and the snugride and it works just fine together. They range from about $70-$125 and always get high protection ratings.
As for the convertible vs an infant seat -- you don't need to have an infant seat but the convenience of being adept to bring a sleeping baby from car, to store, to house etc., is nice. I also think the infant seats are safer for infants as they cradle them closer and are made peculiarly for babies. However, it is totally up to you.
