Where can I find information linking jogging strollers to Shaken Baby Syndrome?

I was told by a blow the whistle on buy assistant at a baby store today that jogging with your baby is frowned upon due to the possibility of Shaken Baby Syndrome occuring. This is why it's hard to find three-wheelers designed for runners in Australia according to her. I'd like to find out more about this but haven't drop across too much information as yet. Is there a high risk of causing SBS if you take your one year old jogging on bitumen or hiking on unsealed tracks?
Jogging strollers do not induce shaken baby syndrome. You shouldn't use them if your baby does not have enough head and neck strength,which is why most companies say not to use them until after 6 months.

yes. straight ask someone to watch the baby while you get moving please don't put your child at risk.

How long can I safely run with my baby in a jogging stroller?

I recently bought a BOB jogging stroller and we're immediate to go for runs with our 6.5 month old baby. He sits up well and holds his head up fine.
The doctor says its keen to go running with him. My wife and I are runners and want to train for long runs. So my question is if there are guidelines on how fancy you can run with a baby in a jogging stroller?
I.e. 1 hour, 2 hours...
i would say until your son gets crabby. It just depends on the weather and the sun. Remember sun screen!!!

I have a big honkin' Graco Quattro stroller. It is not a jogging stroller but is very big and enduring. There is room for my legs when I run, and I plan on running only on paved paths.
I'm just wondering if, even with this big stroller, the jog would be too jerky for my 7 month old daughter.
What does everyone think? I hate the thought of blowing another $300 bucks on yet *another* class of stroller.
I second-hand to wonder this myself and upon researching the subject, here is the information that I found. If you are going to be jogging on a completely flat surface with no large cracks, holes or bumps, the OK stroller will work just fine. However, if you are planning on jogging on a surface that you could come in contact with bumps that would commonly make your regular stroller jerk, then you need a jogging stroller. They are made to go over rougher surfaces without jolting you or your teenager.
