Phil & Ted's Strollers?

Has anyone every acquainted with the Phil & Ted's Sport for jogging. I just bought one, and want to know if it is okay to use for jogging about 4x's a week. I intended the style for two kids...and would be dissapointed to have to send it back! I appreciate all answers. Thanks.

If you're jogging on a absolutely flat paved trail, you should be fine. However, the problem is it has no shocks so if you're jogging on a bumpy trail it is exceptionally uncomfortable for the kids. In addition, if you have the toddler seat in the back, you can kick it if you have a long stride. You shouldn't ever jog with a newborn... you be in want of to wait until the baby has neck control and can sit comfortably in the seat because the baby is too delicate to be jostled like that.

That said, I admiration my E3.

As anyone purchased any assessories for the Phil & Teds strollers? If so, can you tell me how they are?

We were philosophical of buying the car seat adaptor & the handbag. Descriptions are very weak for the assessories. Not sure if the adaptor would exertion with the prego car seat or not. Also not sure how helpful some of the other accessories would be.

I have an E3 with the doubles kit. I also have the dogs cover, the sun shade, and the pannier bags.

The stroller bag was not available when I bought my stroller, and I got the stroller and accessories double-hand, besides, so... But it doesn't work well if you're planning on using the doubles kit below the stroller, instead of on top (like you would if you were carrying a newborn and a juvenile toddler), because the bag will bonk the lower child in the back of the head.

I also didn't need the car seat adapter, as my youngest lad was a few months old when I got the stroller. I hear it works nicely, though.

My advice is to find a high-end baby store that carries the Phil&Ted track. You don't have to BUY there, but the sales staff will be very knowledgable and will be able to tell you exactly which car seats the adapter works with. My awareness is that it will take the Graco SnugRide and the Peg Perego seat, but I don't have any personal experience with that.

The pannier bags are really unerring. But there's a company called Carry You (www.carryyou.com?) that makes knockoffs that work great, too, and for less money.

My occupied E3 came with the cupholder deal for the BOB stroller, and it works really nicely. So you don't have to get the P&T hangbag if you don't want it.

And if you're only using the stroller for a sole child, my objection to the hangbag doesn't apply to you.

The sunshade and rain cover are really sharp, but I only got them because a) I got a great deal; and b) I live in Minnesota and do a lot of walking, so protecting the kids from the elements is kind of a big extent. I'm pretty sure that a few other makers have similar gear that would work equally well.

If you want more opinions about the P&T stroller and accessories, or other pongy chief end strollers and accessories, I highly recommend checking out Yahoo!'s StrollerSWAP group. People are constantly buying, selling, and swapping deep down great gear, and you can get tons of real-life experiences from them. Plus, a few members of the group are also retailers and tender sweet deals to SWAP members.

Which of the Phil&Ted's Strollers r good?

The Model, Sport, Dash, or Vibe???

I found a great deal on the Classic....349.99 w;' a free doubles kit and unfettered shipping....is it worth it??

Tell me from your experience...and where can i go 2 try one out????

Thanks
