Does any one no where I can buy a jogging stroller for less than $100...and don't say E-bay, I don't wanna pay all the shipping charges..any suggestions...every where i go there so exspensive and can't find any at Wal-mart or in the newspaper or garage sales...thanks..

Can i use a jogging stroller for a newborn?

My babe is 3 weeks old and somebody gave me a jogging stroller. Now let me say first im not planning on ever going jogging. Im just wondering if this stroller is safe it has a neck sustenance in it but other than that it seems a little non supportive for a newborn, you also cant lay it back, the baby has to almost sit. What do you think?

I had one with my first but I didn't use it until she could sit up and offer her head up - like 4ish months old. (I'm just guessing based on my memory). I do remember it did allow me to strap in the infant seat though. Mine was the Eddie Bauer one, I got it at target. Yea I did strap in the infant car hub carrier and used that with her until she was old enough to sit up. I would check to see if that feature is available.

What are some qualities that at bottom make or break a jogging stroller? What have you found to be essential, useful, and a pain in the neck?

The altitude of the push bar on it, if you're stooped over its too short and your back is going to be killing you. Front wheel locks straight forward for roads that are not purely flat so you aren't straining to keep the stroller straight which once again can cause back or shoulder pain over time. Forget the speakers, to indeed be able to hear what its playing you have to practically blast the baby's ear drums.
