Looking for a sturdy, compact, 5-point harness umbrella stroller...anyone have any suggestions?

I have a coupe (car) and scarcity a sturdy ubrella stoller with a 5-point harness, or a 3-point w/a tray. I have been researching and reading reviews like mad, irritating to find a great stroller. Most that I have found, only support upto 35 lbs. I would like to find one that holds upto 50 lbs. Another question my husband and I are having...is that I'm 5'2" and my husband is 6'2"...we need to find a stoller that has either adjustable handles, or taller ones so he won't have to premonition.

I know I must be asking a lot for a stroller LOL, but I don't want to waste money on one I dislike.
ADDED: Our daughter is 7 months

Not the green one, though. :) It holds up to 50 lbs. and my manage(6'4) is able to push it around without hunching over. They also have one that has an adjustable back(Maclaren Triumph) so if you're needing that then that one would be one to look into.

We are wealthy to buy an umbrella stroller in the very near future. Our other one is just excessively bulky and heavy so, we want something light and compact. What's your counsel? Thanks!

I bought a wonderful Jeep stroller from Babies-R-Us it is swift, compact, and has a canopy. I believe it was about $40 and my little girl loves it.
