I would like to open a Wholesale umbrella store in LA , Any specific area that has good traffic for buyers?
Umbrellas such as beach umbrellas, golf umbrellas, kids umbrellas, promotional umbrellas and others.
Find a place good for tourism... and something with affordable rental space. It is a great place to start and recognize that you can continue your sales by advertising to a larger demographic here are just a few idea's...
Promotional umbrella's are always in need for places such as Monograph Parks and any place that people are going to be staying all day but may not have packed an umbrella.
Also umbrellas that match girls outfits in originator stores would be a great idea- and I have yet to see something like that.. (I have 2 girls and would purchase)
Also out here in California we have a ton of tourists... I would retail to the souvenir tourist type shops...
If you get a store front up and running in LA.. I own a window cleaning business, and would passion to be your window cleaner! LOL.... (Sorry from one business owner to another we all gotta put in our plug now and then)

How do you choose a quality beach umbrella?
I comprehend I need at least a 7' umbrella for the kids to play under. And I want one that will last several years, not just a season. What do you need to look for? What have you had secure luck with?
You privation to look for one with a wooden stake if you can find one. The metal ones tend to rust a lot easier, especially if you do take it to the strand or get it near salt water. Within one trip to the beach ours was rusted. But the wooden one lasts forever. Also, try to find a thicker umbrella top. You can look for the ones that be influential you the SPF protection. Some protect more than others. We usually take a look at walmart and they used to have them at Lowe's or Home Depot. Solid luck!
